Typically, we do not provide refunds for customers who just had a change of heart.
However, if a refund is necessary, our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Please do not return any items until you have contacted us and received a Return Merchandise Authorization Number AND Return Address. We cannot accept returns without this.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged, or there was an issue in printing. Also, the customer may request a size exchange within 10 days of purchase.
